All units on the Estate are occupied having regard to the Landlord's standard form of Lease Agreement.  Leases are generally granted for terms of two years, subject to a mid term break option in the tenant's favour, exerciseable upon the service of at least three months prior written notice. Some tenants however take longer leases.  

All leases are contracted out of Sections 24 - 28 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954.

We are able to move extremely swiftly in setting up new lease agreements and can grant possession of a unit within a few days of a favourable credit check verification being recieved.

Tenterfields Business Park is a VAT registered property and therefore all rents and other charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
