How long will it take for me to be in occupation?
Once we have agreed terms it will then take approximately 48 hours for your credit verification check to be processed and from this point it normally takes around a week for the paper work to be produced for signature. Upon signature of the documents you will be given the unit key and all other relevant access information.
How much will the Credit Verification check cost me?
The tenant verification check is carried out by an independent company who will charge you around £100.
As a tenant are there any restrictions when I can gain access to site?
As one of our tenants you will be able to gain access 24/7. However, outside of normal business hours you will be responsible for relocking the main gate to the site upon each vehicle movement. Also we ask that you notify us of any scheduled visits to site at particularly unsociable hours so that our onsite resident staff are aware. The only time access may be restricted is in the event of a major Health & Safety alert.
What is the cost of renting a shipping container?
For a short term let of only a few months we charge the equivalent of £25 per week plus vat. However, for a longer term committment discounted rates are available. Give us a call to discuss this.
Are there any restrictions on the use of your shipping containers?
Our shipping containers are for storage purposes only. They are not intended as a base from which to run a business.
